Step 1: Receive the welcome email
If you register using a company email address, the system will automatically approve your application. You will receive the welcome email on the same day. However, if you use a public email address such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., we will manually review your application. We will assess the approval based on the information you provide. Therefore, it is essential to input accurate and truthful information. Otherwise, applications with incorrect information may not be approved, and those not approved will not receive notification by email. Applicants who are successfully approved through manual review will receive the welcome email within 3 working days.The welcome email may accidentally land in your spam folder. If you haven't received the welcome email after three days, please check your spam folder. If you suspect that your trial application has not been approved, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Step 2: Log in to the system using the link provided in the welcome email
After users click on the "CONFIRM EMAIL" button in the email, they will be directed to the Screen-X AML/CRM System. Users must log in successfully through this method to verify their email. Please use the password you entered during the trial registration to log in to your account.
If a user logs in directly from the system's login page without verifying their email, they will see a prompt saying, "This account is not verified. Please use the verification link in the email for the initial login." Please follow the steps mentioned above for email verification. Once verified, you will be able to log in directly from the system's login page thereafter.
What should I do if I forgot the password I used to register for the trial?
Users can click on "Forgot password" on the login page, then follow the instructions to reset the password. Once done, return to the same welcome email and log in using the new password.
