Refund Policy

The Users are required to make payment for the corresponding service fees as stated in the service contract. Upon payment, the Users will have access to all allocated credits or designated services within their chosen subscription plan and must utilize them within the specified validity period. No refunds will be provided unless the Company is found to be at fault, engaged in misconduct, or grossly negligent.
